Neat! This is a module I'd not heard about. Thanks for sharing it.
Your NPC schedule and time-based pressure points sound a lot like what Skerples did with Kidnap the Archpriest. It's a great technique and can be used in a lot of different ways! I just did something like that with a "you're imprisoned, now what" scenario.
I look to Leverage for heist ideas. I’ve posted it elsewhere; Leverage cast photo with ad&d classes next to them. Parker=Thief-Acrobat, Hardison=M-U, Nate=Cleric of St. Nicholas (patron saint of thieves and whores), Sophie=2e bard, Elliot=assassin. Thanks for these posts. I’d heard of N3 but never looked at it, and KtA is new to me. I’m going to check them both out.

Yes, though my schedule was much less complicated than the one in Kidnap the Archpriest. That module is amazing. Your scenario sounds intriguing.
It's a great framework.
I blogged about it here: https://chgowiz-games.blogspot.com/2023/03/running-ad-imprisonmentescape-game.html
Cheers!
